Brien Lundin is a co-founder and Director of Thunderstruck Resources, Ltd., with a distinguished career spanning decades in metals, mining, and technology analysis and speculation. He is also the President and CEO of Jefferson Financial, Inc., a private company known for hosting the New Orleans Investment Conference, which has been educating investors for 50 years. Additionally, Lundin is the editor and publisher of Gold Newsletter, the longest-running precious metals and mining advisory, a cornerstone of the industry since 1971.

As a Co-Founding Director and Chief Executive Officer of Thunderstruck Resources Ltd., Ms. Bradley negotiated the acquisition of Thunderstruck’s portfolio of mineral assets in Fiji, guided the Company through its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, and has since overseen its strategic direction, financing, and international business development. With extensive experience in Fiji’s mining sector and Canada’s capital markets, together with a growing network of strategic relationships in China, Ms. Bradley brings a unique combination of expertise in mineral exploration, corporate finance, and cross-border partnership development.

Ms Bradley’s deep understanding of Fiji’s regulatory framework and long-standing relationships with government officials, local communities and industry leaders, has been instrumental in establishing Thunderstruck’s strong reputation in Fiji and positioning the Company for long-term growth.
Prior to co-founding Thunderstruck, Ms. Bradley built a distinguished career in Canada’s capital markets and investment banking industry, structuring and financing numerous private and publicly listed companies. She founded and led two Canadian merchant banks specializing in corporate finance, capital raising, and strategic advisory services for the mineral exploration sector.

Ms. von Hessert is a geologist with over 25 years experience in the mining industry, having worked for majors and juniors as well as the Bureau of Land Management in Nevada. She is an active investor with significant holdings in the mineral exploration industry. She graduated from the University of Montana with a B.S. in geology in 1999.

Dr. Eric Roth holds a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from the University of Western Australia and is an economic geologist with 35 years of international experience in mineral exploration and project evaluation. He is President & CEO of Capella Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: CMIL), a Non-Executive Director of Teako Minerals Corp. (CSE: TMIN), and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Previously, Dr. Roth served as COO of Mariana Resources Ltd., which was acquired by Sandstorm Gold Royalties following the Hod Maden copper-gold discovery in Turkey. He was also President & CEO of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd., which discovered the Cerro Moro gold-silver deposit in Argentina before its C$440 million acquisition by Yamana Gold. Earlier in his career, as Global Head of Greenfields Exploration at AngloGold Ashanti, he led teams responsible for more than 20 million ounces of new gold discoveries across Colombia, Australia, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Mr. Zheng is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in business management and investment in mining and real estate in China and abroad. He served as Chairman of Zhongrun Resources when it acquired Vatukoula Gold Mine, Fiji’s longest running gold mine.

Mr. Tang is the Director and CEO of Zhaojin International Gold and has over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, mine development, and mining operations. Prior to his current role, he held several senior leadership positions within Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Limited.

Mr. Tang is a Professorate Senior Engineer, earning a bachelor's degree in Geological and Mineral Exploration from the Gold College of Northeastern University and a Master's degree in Geochemistry from Guilin University of Technology.
