As a Co-Founding Director and Chief Executive Officer of Thunderstruck Resources Ltd., Ms. Bradley negotiated the acquisition of Thunderstruck’s portfolio of mineral assets in Fiji, guided the Company through its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, and has since overseen its strategic direction, financing, and international business development. With extensive experience in Fiji’s mining sector and Canada’s capital markets, together with a growing network of strategic relationships in China, Ms. Bradley brings a unique combination of expertise in mineral exploration, corporate finance, and cross-border partnership development.

Ms Bradley’s deep understanding of Fiji’s regulatory framework and long-standing relationships with government officials, local communities and industry leaders, has been instrumental in establishing Thunderstruck’s strong reputation in Fiji and positioning the Company for long-term growth.
Prior to co-founding Thunderstruck, Ms. Bradley built a distinguished career in Canada’s capital markets and investment banking industry, structuring and financing numerous private and publicly listed companies. She founded and led two Canadian merchant banks specializing in corporate finance, capital raising, and strategic advisory services for the mineral exploration sector.

Mr. Wenbin Chen serves as Executive Deputy General Manager of Vatukoula Gold Mines Limited in Fiji and brings more than 40 years of experience in mineral exploration, mine development, and resource expansion. Prior to joining Vatukoula, he held senior leadership positions with Zhongrun Resources Investment Corp., the predecessor of Zhaojin International Gold Corp. He also served as General Manager of the Southern China Exploration Division of Sino Gold Corporation (later Eldorado Gold).

Mr. Chen holds a postgraduate diploma in Geology from Beijing University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from China University of Geosciences, and an Associate Degree in Geological Exploration from Guilin Metallurgical Geological Institute.

Ms. Chand is a Fijian national with over 13 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry. She has worked for Thunderstruck since 2021 as Field Geologist and Project Manager, coordinating and executing on the Company’s geochemical, geophysical and drilling programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations related to exploration activities. Prior to this she spent eight years conducting a wide range of sampling programs for a Fiji-based iron sands exploration company.

Ms. Chand holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from University of the South Pacific, as well as a Certificate of Leadership and Management, both of which complement her active engagement with local communities. She is passionate about empowering locals by facilitating training opportunities in exploration and fieldwork, fostering both skills development and community participation.
